I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday and got a voice mail the following day saying they have none of the flowers I ordered and they can't help. Extremely poor customer service. Worst florist I ordered from. Instead of saying we can't do anything to help, how about suggesting other types of flowers you actually have in stock.
